CTLT or any other CDMO is a better fit than HALO, which people have been touting....................The Mab manufacturer who takes us private will have spanking new plants to work with................who wouldn't want that???....GLTA...
Unless the transaction is sweet, aren't we trading a very predictable and large upside (new business, new equipment, new capacity) away? Is this 3 of theirs for every 2 of ours? I'd be happy.
