No one said that, but it certainly can happen and the merging company here is a fully audited company with around a $100 million dollars in annual revenues. It’s hands down one of the best mergers I’ve seen and I’ve been doing this 20+ years. I was also in several of the other big runners and IMO they don’t compare to APSI.

If this merger was two years ago, it would have hit double digit dollar, market dynamics are different, but the story here is by far better than the previous runners that had no legs to stand on, which makes this one a unique situation, furthermore, this has many eyes on it, unlike the other legendary runners that went poof, knowing if the revenues are justified the stock will act accordingly, there are a lot more investors and shareholders on this one than one hit wonder. This company if it provides a hint that their aspirations are to debut on Nasdaq it will bring in a lot more investors.
