Your statement makes no sense “no matter who they merge in”. Of course it matters if they merge in a profitable company who is making 100+ million dollars a year. What doesn’t matter is that APSI is trading for .50. You must not have traded for very long. There are stocks that traded for .02 that hit $20.00+. The price of a shell is irrelevant, the value is in what merges in.
