Bragg wasn't backward in showing his satisfaction in the case that Trump even could be said to have been a bit
cleansed by the testimony of some. Including Weisselberg who said his fraud had nothing to do with Trump.

Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg praised the jury and called the verdict "a very just result." 

"The former president's companies now stand convicted of crimes. That is consequential. It underscores that in Manhattan, we have one standard of justice for all," Bragg told reporters outside the courtroom.

Possibly Bragg could have implicated Trump more if his heart was more into it.
Or perhaps it is more the law. Only Bragg and maybe Trump might know for sure.
