No, the chart will not show the distribution now. But over time the OBV will diverge down if shares are added to the float. Locked shares today by insiders will not show up until after 60 days. Preferred shares are not included nor are Restricted.

I looked at the 10Q and saw all that Equity Financing ... it shows up on the chart.
