No and that's why I'm not positive. The delay in updating the OS was making me think it was dilution, but to my understanding it shows 12/8 updated and being those trade occurred on 12/2 would make me think the 12/8 update would mean the 12/2 fits in there. The way they buy Geordan and Pete Common shares is the only thing that makes sense right now. But we won't know until the next Q
