From my reading it's from the time they file with the SEC usually at the time of the first announcement and is anywhere from 25 to 40 days. Deeppower CEO and Chad Mackay both made their perspective announcements on the 15th so not sure when the clock would start or if in fact Deeppower is the intended...facts posted on Deeppowers site seem to align very closely with our PR on the 15th. During the quiet period they can not even update the OTC site so it's definitely my theory.
