But from what I can tell so far, there is a company that already uses that ticker. They do seem to be "defunct" at this time though. Hopefully Nancy and company did their homework. https://sec.report/Ticker/AVRW
If they didn't have the huge burden of IONIC floating over their heads like a large storm cloud, they might actually be able to do something with this company. Robby boy brought them public but screwed them royally with IONIC's A and B Notes.
To do just a simple math analysis of what the share price could become pretty quick if there would happen to be a NOTE's conversion to shares at .15 / share which was today's closing price - $4.4MM debt as of Sept 30 (I'm sure there is some interest as well) $4.4MM divided by .15/share = 29,333,333 shares that will be added to the 71.4MM shares currently outstanding. If the market is pricing 15 cents per share at 71.4MM shares, with the additional 29,333,333 would take the outstanding share count to just over 100MM shares. I can only guess that the price would drop about 30% to approximately 10.5 cents per share with the added dilution.
NOW, if IONIC began selling these shares as fast as they could to get some cash back, well who knows how low it would go then. PRETTY DARN LOW
Hopefully Avenir and IONIC can come to some solution so that the company will survive all of the headwinds they are facing. "IT IS SOMETHING TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT"
