Is there a chance they get out of the asset acquisition deal and use the clean shell to lure someone else in? That's seemingly a reasonable hope...
difference here is we have a real product, and, so far, a slightly lower share structure, plus it IS those couple of ticks lower. That's the intrigue here IMO.
