Well, a corporate webpage is not likely to be interpreted as an advertisement. And the company is indeed developing a product to treat animal and human tumors, so that's not actually false.
The agency is usually more concerned with adulteration, misbranding, making unsubstantiated claims etc. Statements on the company's homepage related to the mission, R&D priorities, aspirational goals etc. aren't typically a problem.
