It's clear that those in the democratic party saw the potential of a few wackos to ignite a mob scene on Jqn 6, so they made sure the security was zero to allow those few nut_cases to reach the entrance and ignite a feeding of those additional dumb bystanders to join in the chaos and enter the Capital building. For sure included in those "additional dumb bystanders" were operatives of the Democratic to "edge" them further into a response of excitement that fed on itself.

Ok, but do you see that Avenatti is not going around calling the judicial system corrupt because he's been convicted? He's not claiming that he's a victim of some Deep State conspiracy designed to shut him up and put him away.

He's a sleaz-o criminal but at least he's big enough to shut up and do the time. We'll see how Don Jr and Eric handle the sentences they'll get for tax evasion, if they'll man up, too..

As I recall, he did win that case.

Stormy Daniels kept the money and was able to tell her story.

"Individual one" skated (although he did own the DOJ at the time), but his attorney got three years fed time, or something like that, right?
