All the stuff that was uncovered in Lamberth court won’t go to trash can, in fact the 4-4 hung jury justifies settlement before scotus swings their bat bcoz if this is not Takings I don’t know what else would be. They taking chance to return $149B to FnF if scotus rules in our favor, better for them to settle & meet half way with plaintiffs.
