The timing here is a great parallel.

Series A investment completes with Deep Power, and MacKay announces he's new CEO of SFLM on same day. Both the SFLM PR and Deep power mention ties to a respected University, now know as The University of Oklahoma. And both are tied to Loyal Companies? WHOA.

This is pretty big stuff. I expect they are just finishing things up on the Ticker side, and will be announcing something shorty.
