I also believe it can reach 7-8 dollars with time, all depends on how fast they want to up list, also if the 8K is going to provide any hints as to their aspirations to list on Nasdaq, if they provide a hint, then I can see this hitting those numbers first to second quarter of next year. Float should get locked here by first part of next year I believe then the fun really would start.
