There might be an argument to be made about up-listing, IF, they had reduced the AS's to 500m and done a heavier R/S, BUT these guys are also taking the AS's to new heights.
A 65B AS number is going to do but one thing.
A year from now, it will be back where it is now. (Loosely speaking)
