Under alias of krombacher, erhe's largest shareholder stated he/she filed disclosure documents with SEC. He/she even provided links to the filings. Following those links leads to the only 5% or more erhe position disclosure that exists. The name of the person who made those filings is dickran guerguerian. It is clear by his/her own admission that guerguerian posts under the alias of krombacher. This is indisputable.
The history of baseless rumors and outright lies are documented on social media for anyone interested in reading it. Claims of erhc libel suit that does not exist, cease and desist orders that were never made. Then tack on the dozens and dozens of false rumors about dividends, buyouts, Offor owning all the erhe shares, short sellers never proven to exist, epic short squeezes, russian buying, African buying, $20/share, dollars/share in a few short weeks, and on and on. Yes, liar guerguerian dickran has been quite prolific and none of his baseless claims have ever come true.
On the topic of not coming true, I wonder what ever happened to the update on Total deal and resolution of SEC problems that were supposedly promised on private phone call between erhc management and a private individual. That was years ago and still nothing but silence on those matters. Did erhc management lie or was the phone call just made up?
