However, the point was well made. 2021 was a freaky year of soaring markets and low volatility of listed stocks. On the other hand, ASTA has been drifting downward for over a year. If management had presented their financials early in 2021 (there was plenty of warning), the problem wouldn’t exist.

On its first day of trading in the EM (sept 28th) it dropped another -25%.

Well it’ll likely be trading above that level the day it flips to yield and if an Investor chose to buy Amazon or another “blue chip” stock during that time they’d be down as well
