First mistake is believing anything any pink CEO tells you. Hold your shares or hang in there are not the same meaning in my book. Second, a R/S is never beneficial to common shareholders, only insiders. Even if it's to uplist. So that being said, let's see where this leads and how truthful this guy really is. time will tell.
