We spoke for about ten minutes...I asked if the merger was still going through and he answer with a definitive"yes". I got the general impression that he is still working all the elements toward that goal and he said all would be revealed publicly via PR. I asked about the website and he said it would be getting major upgrades too. We spoke a bit about myself and I told him my history of investment in LICH owning 4 million shares when it was in control of the chinese an then that I added 2 million more shares when I did my research on Vyome once it took control. Again, I had spoken to him back in May and he remembered me and put me in his contact list. He seemed very interested in the novel I am writing and wants to read it. Then I asked about the funding for VB 1953...he rambled a bit about that...it was tough to pickup on all he said because of his accent but what I got out of it was that the funding was getting setup for that. I asked about the future share structure and he alluded that is would definitely change but that I would be wise to hold on to my shares. That was about it...I told him that I understood he could not reveal much without putting himself in jeopardy, and I was always respectful of that fact throughout the conversation...hope that helps cheers.
