I was thinking that the October 17 compliance was for 2nd Quarter filings only but I guess the 3rd Quarter would have to be part of that compliance too... for one because they are past due as well and two I guess they would not release filings out of sequence...I was also hoping they would not take it clear up to Jan 31 2023....but most likely they will.
The thing is...the longer they take the more time the price has time to be beat down and the more the price is beat down the harder to again reach beat down entries.
