#250695 RE: DimesForShares #250689

“Monday was the announcement that the payoff was complete, as I’m sure you remember.” Correct

“The share price has remained stuck below a nickel per share.”

Was the expectation it would rocket north more than the 30-40% climb it has made thus far? Seem to remember several saying paying off the debt would make no difference, the price would continue to drift lower, old news, etc.

“Some predicted a nickel a share before the end of the week.” I remember seeing one such prediction.

“You predicted a slow climb.”

Correct

“EoT predicted a share price of a dime before any more news came out.” This would have to still be considered “inconclusive” since no news has come out.

“Seems like you can take your pick.” Of what? Many predicted the share price would only continue to sink without news, that “everyone” already knew the debt was almost paid off so paying it off wouldn’t matter. Maybe the world of investors is bigger than this board after all.

“But all of that is beside the point.”

Probably because it contradicts many predictions of falling prices. Best to set it aside. Got it.

“‘When do we get news’ was the question at hand.”

Seems like there are many questions at hand.

“From what I gathered, as soon as Yorkville was paid off, the dam would break and flood us with great news.”

From what source? Who predicted that, literally within minutes, news would break post Yorkville repayment? Some have argued that Yorkville repayment “may” have been holding Kim off on releasing news. Others felt something else was behind it. So, far from any universal assertion that, within a week of paying off Yorkville, and right before a short holiday week, news would be released. Think most realized that was unlikely.

“So far, crickets. “

A whole week of no new news right before Thanksgiving. Those bastards!

“I confess to a small amount of puzzlement over the modest increase in share price post-announcement.”

Don’t be so modest. I’m sure it’s far more than a little bit of puzzlement, based on your many assertions to the contrary of price rise prior to repayment in full.

“Pretty much everyone reading the board knew the moment was close at hand.”

Correct. All investors who huddle around this board were in the know.

“I’m guessing all of this action must be from investors who don’t pay any attention to iHub.”

Probably a mix of those who don’t follow the board and those who wanted confirmation from the company rather than a free message board.

“I suspect they are anticipating a big announcement early next week.”

Many things have been suspected. Certainly is one of the possibilities.

“If they are right, that will be very nice.”

Agreed

“If they are wrong, I suppose the price will start to sag back down.”

There we go again, supposing price drops are on the horizon. Such suppositions were wrong this past week or so, so I guess there is still hope.

“Of course, this could be a pump and dump scheme where the share price gets pushed high only to quickly fall back again.”

Someone else feeling the need to define what a pump and dump is. Curious. So, what was the great pump that led to this rise? What releases were there? Any links to share?

When will the shares be dumped to take advantage of the pump I missed? Doesn’t that usually happen in conjunction with the pump, so the net effect is often a fall in price?

“In that case, I will once again be faced with a quandary of whether or not to trade long shares for short ones.”

Probably a quandary you’ve faced daily or by the hour/minute for quite some time so I suspect you are getting more comfortable confronting it.

“Nasty business, that.”

Certainly. Factor in blown tires, refrigeration trucks spontaneously combusting, meteorite risks, etc. Best to sleep with the light on with all of the nastiness about.

Best of luck.
