I know he advised them and should them the path as far as getting them 10B shares from sec. Pretty sure at least part of his "fee" was paid in shares. Don't think he came out of pocket. Possibly an investment Electrum made using $ of investors of Electrum though???
LB had some issues paying his taxes and discrimination lawsuit back then. So, doubt he even had $ to personally be an "angel" Investor.
