Or worse. The presumption all along (for most) was there were legitimate attempts at producing silk that met with failures and hurdles. Fine. But now that Kim’s most recent production claims haven’t materialized (or sales to go with them), the future looks scarier (to me) than it ever has. The mere hint of a new hybrid begs the question/s, “Haven’t they been producing the good old stuff all this time? Where is it? Did something go wrong?” These questions open up the possibility for a PR announcing the end of efforts to produce the MS/DS we’ve been expecting while they “retool” or “refocus” on a new “better” product that in my mind would legitimize the “wash, rinse, repeat” mantra heard so often on this board. Such unfounded nonsense and paranoia some might call this, but is it really after all we’ve seen up to now?

There’s no reason not to at this point which indicates there may be nothing to tease.

How long has it been gone? What has happened to the share price since? What had many predicted?

Can’t speak for everyone but I’ve been pretty clear in stating I believe Yorkville selling could have been a factor in Kim not wanting to release what he believes will be bigger news. I’ve also said I believe something did go wrong and Dorton and others were tasked with finding solutions. That has either happened or is happening.

Yorkville selling is done. One down. One to go. If there was a problem, has it been fixed? If so, two down. Will Kim break from his seasonal tradition of holding off on big news during the holidays because he seems to believe it will get “lost”? If one and two are in the rear view, it’s down to timing and seeing what Kim is willing to do.

We’ll find out “soon” enough, one way or the other..

It’s ridiculous to keep pounding the “14 year” drum at this point, IMO. We all know they’ve faced many challenges to get to where they are today, cash in the bank and Yorkville paid off. Let’s see what happens moving FORWARD.
