Would saying "real NFT's are not a bunch of smelly apes," be disparagement? I say no. It doesn't attack the company, the CEO or even their product line. But it sends a message that something isn't right. He said something similar before, but this time he seemed to go out of his way to compliment the tech. Sharp is pretty smart. He has ways of getting his point accross without crossing the line - at least legally.
I was the only one who caught the RS a week or two before it happened based on cryptic tweets. I am now saying that I think they are on good terms.
