I am in agreement with Ten about one thing... the deal seemed amicable. Sharp even complimented HMBL's tech today. Not like Sharp if there was even a hint of ill will on anyone's part. Remember the wise crack about bored apes? Or the shot at MKGP or CUBA or ZCBD... nothing today but a compliment about the tech.
I think both parties got what they wanted on this deal. I wouldn't be surprised if Sharp bought more HMBL after the RS even. He has some extra money now. Maybe he will buy some of his other stocks, but I really think he likes HMBL most of all of em.
As for HMBL ever filing BK, not in the near future. Won't happen. Before they ever got into a bind like that, they have over 6 billion ways to make money if needed. I don't think it will be needed.
I think something will happen between now at the end of the first Q to get revenues rolling in. They are already starting to cut costs substantially.
