I tried to tell him to manage his queue better but he stated he would never get a game. His whole point was he wanted a queue with flexiblity. He only wanted one game at time and wanted two movies out. I asked him to just put one game up there and all movies, but he stated that if he did that he would never get the game because games had to sit on the queue for a while before you get them. Believe me I didn't quite understand, but all the gamers agreed saying they would never get games if they did the 1 game and 2 movies out. Another big compliant was the online customer service and there not being a phone number to call on the website.
they should charge a late fee after 30 days on game rentals(only)...many of these guys and gals..are young...and hold them too long...not to mention other examples----i think gamers would be happy to hear that...and those that aren't...well...we don't need those ones..eh?...because they are dead cash-have fun!
