More importantly, why hasn't GRLT filed an extension to file, and why no changes to officers at OTCMarkets???
I think I figured it out... Greg is holding out on the codes to OTC and Nevada SOS until he gets the cash that GAB promised him. That would explain why no extension filling or name changes over at OTC or an AS increase at Nevada SOS. The name changes at Nevada SOS Greg just did to show good faith to GAB. And the FINRA nonsense is really that they applied for a name change, likely a ticker change, and possibly an R/S with FINRA, but FINRA denied processing those corporate actions because they had, many, many questions about Grillit.
Thats what makes sense... Not the smoke and mirrors from Gregs emails.
