That is too funny - "DPLS - $15M Share Buyback and Dividend to Shareholders"

A Share Repurchase and dividend from a company that had a Net Loss of $8.8 million in the last Quarter.

OTC companies that aren't profitable and give dividends do it for pumping purposes only.

I saw SKTO give a miniscule dividend - I told everyone that is was for pumping - the true believers attacked me and said OTC scams don't give dividends. They were suspended by the SEC and 2 officers were banned from any securities work.

O'Leary needs to go back as Tour Guide.
