The different PROGRAMMING from other parts of the world ie: Japan, South America..have been voiced over in English by Mauro Ronallo and others. If you caught Elite XC you can imagine the quality of the commentary you cannot tell any difference in fact I bet the commentary is 100% better than original. They even say The Fight Network many times.
