Shareholder vote is a mute subject…through yesterday’s 8k, David’s preferred share is worth 1.3 billion votes…so he can do whatever he wants…shareholder vote means less than nothing.
Let’s hope he can ride with RS…but he won’t hesitate to RS if he seems necessary
Yes correct AVCT set it up then executed the RS on the last day before the deadline. Perhaps they were hoping for the stock to run up over $1 organically. I don't think MULN will wait for the last day to do the RS. They want more cash now so they will use us shareholding suckers by diluting the shares after a RS. Then they rinse and repeat until their goal is accomplished or they go bankrupt.
