I've never before seen a custodian withdraw/terminate his role as custodian before making filings and getting the ticker current.
This can go one of two ways.
Either he will simply be carrying on the duties as the CEO, or he has given up and has decided to throw in the towel on this one.
The jury is out. I don't think shareholders know what to believe at this point. It's obvious from the lack of movement on the SP that the latest news was not received very positively.
