The 10q literally stated all that could be stated and gave the worst case scenario faced by the company.

Its all that could be filed since the current events re funding and invictus took place recently, ie after the reporting period. (09/30/22)

This is in stark contrast to whats posted, REAL TIME, on twitter and yesterdays 8k where we just saw the great news from invictus.

As soon as the $50m funding is 100% secured and announced this stock goes orbital
