I believe he's suggesting that powerful men, like Bill Clinton (and Paul Pelosi, no doubt), have avoided prosecution in this situation. It's a fair point, but one that was poorly stated and also doesn't mention Trump's expressed love of underaged girls. Or what happened to Prince Andrew, one of the most protected men on the planet.

It also showed a healthy ignorance about the way criminal proceedings actually proceed in this country.
