If Darkpulse is a scam and its CEO a glorified charlatan, then how did Dennis O'Leary ever manage to land a contract with the Bachner Group in Washington DC to pitch their Smart Wall Cable technology to the Department of Homeland Security earlier this year? Ditto for the aforementioned agreement with the Department of Transportation in California for the Loma Rica project on the Honcut Creek bridge? If the tech doesn't perform as forecast then that would all but guarantee the company's failure. But what it proves out?
