Are these lawyers sort of new ----- the ones who petition SCOTUS

but shizam - as others said -- the petition is not a sort of look at what you did and change your mind but - direct to taking (is that a correct look by me?)

The questions presented are as
follows:
1. Whether petitioners have stated a direct claim
that the Third Amendment took their property without
just compensation.
2. Whether petitioners have stated a derivative
claim that the Third Amendment took the enterprises’
property without just compensation
