You are correct that not a share has been sold. You are wrong about them going to sell. That is what the filing is for. The entire amount will be sold by an underwriter. That is the most orderly way to move this much stock. There would be no filing if there was not going to be an immediate sell upon approval by the SEC.

I didn't see any recent 144 filings so I agree with Raw.

144 form
A form that must be filed with the SEC when an executive officer, director, or affiliate of a company places an order to sell that company's stock. Also known as Rule 144.

There are five basic requirements fill in order to sell under 144:

1. The form must be filed properly.
2. Adequate current public information must be available. For example, required reports such as the 10K and 10Q forms must have been filed with the SEC.
3. Volume limitations have to be met. One limitation is the sale must not be greater than 1% of outstanding shares.
4. The transaction must be made by a stockbroker in accordance with certain procedures and rules.
5. If the securities are restricted, then they cannot be sold until one year after the date the affiliate paid the entire purchase price.

Quite Right Raw – I have no intentions to sell any of my current 155,000 uwnk shares any time in the near future. I do have intentions to buy more… as I am able to free up additional cash flow.

For Other potential buyers psychological reasons I would prefer the stock was still trading between $2.05 and $2.20, however the fact that it is trending and trading well below $2 does not really concern me. Regardless…we are waiting for the next PR to be released. I suspect (solely IMO) that we are not very far away now from seeing quite a few news releases regarding company owned locations and franchise(‘s) info.

At that point, the current low volume PPS trend will become a vague memory for those that are currently in, and a “I wish I Had…” for those that have yet to buy in. How high it will go obviously depends on How Much news will be announced this round. After this round, (IMO) I suspect there will be greater interest in, and awareness of uWink, and I would speculate that the Further rise from the anticipated upcoming rise (upon news releases) will come more quickly, as there should be no further doubt at that time that this company has great expansion potential.

When we are at XX PPS, I may consider selling some.
Of course, at that time I will know more, and I may not sell any.

Current UWNK trading action is STILL reflecting short-term price action trading in the overall scheme of things (try to think longer intervals with stock reactions with perspective to the company results and company / products / franchise potential).
