Mel didn’t stay in one place for 16 years……

He covered an area 20X’s that of Melbourne. To put that in perspective, an area the size of Melbourne would have been surveyed and explored in one season or less.

He started in the Upper Keys and Dr. Lyons research lead him in a different direction. Along the way he found the Santa Margarita which is still being salvaged, as is the Atocha.

If the Timmy Toy is half of what is being hyped, the ultimate test would be partnering with the Fisher organization and put an end to those projects.

They accept partnerships every year and it’s a known fact there is still treasure there, not just a STRONG IMPLICATION.

The best part is……NO regulatory agencies to deal with Buddy.

Then the whole world, including Simi Valkey would know the Toy works.
