It does and it doesn't. It does if you believe (as I do) it was a result of poor planning and execution by leadership, because history tends to repeat itself if you change nothing, already has repeated itself over and over in the past, and will continue to in the future
What kind of Sales estimate would you expect for Daxi going forward? Would you think Revance is using this time period to try to settle the Allergan IP lawsuits? I see they are not schedules for trial for 2 years from now so any guilt could carry some decent fees that far out.
