go back and look at the filings last year...same or similar "plan"----the given is the 450 mill noted by prior filing received 2/13(sc 13g/a)..that will be on the plate--the s-8 was more expected than not(imo)....sec filings tend to take on a patterns ....eh?--best of luck!
