I have no problem with ethical managements are who they claim to be, act in good faith and do what they say they will. I also have no issue with people making money investing with those like those described above.
The problem I have is when people are duped and ripped off by scammers and flim-flammers. This stock was climbing right up based on what Kenny Patel said and it imploded for the same reason. Don't blame me for it collapsing from .0017 to .0007. That happened before I even logged on Tuesday. Seeing over 200+ posts I was certain a big RUN was underway based on the promised PR. Turned out the "run" was for the EXIT due to Taddy and Kenny announcing "no merger yet" and a forthcoming reverse split. From that point on I've been pouring the sweet, pure cane sugar "Koolaid of Truth" explaining what "can" happen to them when a R/S goes thru. People can decide to accept or reject my posts. At east they've had a chance to read them.
A R/S hasn't happened..YET. But even the news of one coming burst the bubble in a flash. This POS as traded mostly between .0006 and .0007 since.
I personally doubt these grandiose gas bags can pull off even one small motel renovation. I'm happy to let them prove me wrong.
In all reality if they go through with the split at this point, it'll bring them down. Patel especially is walking a fine line. Tad is probably still recovering from a stroke after witnessing Patel's foolishness. I'm sure someone took Patel to the side and gave him a good lecture. And hopefully he came to the realization that thinking the OTC is where anything goes can get him into trouble. Because investors took his words and actions seriously.
