#197 RE: WeTheMarket #196

they would definitely count for the IRA PTC of $3/kg

can't get greener that taking water and sunlight to generate hydrogen.

Their solution has a few niche markets so I would expect them to have to partner with relevant companies.
a) off (renewable) grid hydrogen production for small - medium refuelling stations. Need the numbers for how many panels to create H2 for say 10 trucks a day but positioned along highways wher ethere may be water nearby but no power would be great.
b) Not micro-grids for regular electricity - it seems an odd way to take solar power to get electricity - but as part of the standby arrangements for microgrids or similar establishments. Could even power EV chargers a la PLUG on smaller scale again without need for any grid power.

he H2 production isn't huge per acre but store it locally and use it locally it is cost effective.

Mentioned elsewhere they could be a target for PLUGas they don't really compete in technology but do address smaller requirements and no need for transmission lines hence reduced permitting and smaller sites.
