I'm wondering that too. I wouldn't be shocked to know there were some law firms looking at this one thinking there could be a class action lawsuit in play with that initial Facebook post on November 2 luring in investors.
I don't know that he did anything wrong. No clue - but sometimes you do see these class action suits in the OTC and elsewhere. Of course, the only ones who ever really make out in those are the law firms themselves. The investors get like 1-2% of their initial investment in a win, probably.
