Grwg is the best performing stock last month. It’s in a breakout .
Looks like it wants to be revalued at 3 to 4 x sales in line with other cannabis companies like Tcnnf Curlf .
Could hit 10 . Then wait on news for the cannabis sector this month .
I’m not sure things will pass if the budget don’t get done or railroad strike . This will leave little time to get it done . Look for this to happen before the Dec 9 th .
