it does look like this is going to happen:

1. they are proceeding with the merger

2. market is speaking right now and it does not believe that there is going to be a RS.

after what happened yesterday, there is no way they would do the RS.

nobody can possibly be that stupid:

shareholders spoke up yesterday with endless messages to Ken. they told him repeatedly that they dont want a RS.

and then the market spoke yesterday. market did not like the idea of RS.


3. next press release will be positive and quite bullish.
