Unfortunately, as much as I got tired of his posts, this is the part where Kool Aid man is right. Yes, he's talking about worst-case scenarios with the 1:50,000 RS talk, etc. Still - his main point is dead on. The great fear here would be this does a 1:100 RS, goes to 6-7 cents or whatever, and the AS doesn't change - it sits at 11 billion. Then what happens?? They could release more AS into the OS at 6-7 cents? That's the real danger here.
We talk about them cancelling the RS. What would be equally effective I believe would be to say they reduce the AS to 1/100 the size as well. Imagine if that happened how much the price could move upwards? It won't, but if they did that, we'd be right back to where we were at .0017.
