S1 institutional investors. He already has investors to give him money for his plans, just needs to hand them shares of the company. These shares could be worth $30 pps or higher at a few billion market cap. Do the math on 30-60 mill shares they will hold minimum of common x where this stock will go as institutional buyer buy this stock up and hold for years from the S1. ATLX* is doing it righr now.

Brother man. It takes big money to build a 400 room 5 star hotel. They are the people that matter. Not us. They buy and own hotels. They want that big exposure when Ken rings the NYSE BELL. just put yourself in Ken's shoes. Hey Ken I bought a hotel and we are niebors of the Hyatt and our stock price is .03 cents because Ken wants to be the good guy and make everybody rich in penny Nation. Think his Facebook posts yesterday says it all. Your either going to the NYSE with us or with out us. Sounds like he is not worried one bit and has the goods to back it up. Really think about what he owns. High tec that is patented threw OTA s and block chain. How do you KEEP OUT THE 3rd PARTY,S. Do you know how much that is worth if you can guarantee 10to12% labor verses the national average of 16to18% with your smart tec. Revolutionize the hospotaity industry. Sounds like crush the hospitality industry. Do you know how much Marriott or Hyatt spends on labor. Since they make 50 BILLION a year and labor for every hotel is around 38% per hotel gross. Crunch some numbers on that. Why do you think they have 119 hotels sold with not one hotel being built. It s not Ken's looks it,s tec that keeps the 3rd party out and crushes labor costs. Look up how much labor has gone up since 2021. We own the keys to the castle and Ken knows this. Why he is confident that a 100 to 1 RS will get him to the NYSE. He is in conversations with large companies like Amazon Jumeirah Group. Novus project. Not some names to be taken lightly.
