Those procedures make sense Bear to me and maybe you can help me and

others with what upcoming steps we should look for for VYOME entering
the shell. I do not have a subscription to Silverflume or any Nevada website
for stock transfer or legality/filing/paperwork needed to monitor it. If you
could give people like myself a little merger for dummies' tutorial
on the steps needed to enter the shell-what to look for in the q that
would hint of action by the company, that would be appreciated.
