Ideal outcome

1. Win damages
2. Mistrial - can have a retrial with No double jeopardy
3. Hung - can have a new trial but double jeopardy applies

If NWS is vacated and FHFA is found illegal, double jeopardy will not matter because FHFA is illegal and its a new unexpected and unforeseen event .

Even if we win damages and this ends, Mr. Humes imo will file to get the rest of da monies if NWS is vacated and FHFA is found illegal .

Deeply divided most likely because key evidence was kept from the jury (ie., Treasury emails showing intent, etc.) and they were denied requested transcripts and depositions for review.
