I think "convincing...." makes sense. What it means for us is double cutting. In one view, which I believe is the most commonly believed-to-be definition of "unreasonable", is an emotionally qualified objection based upon personal desires.

Even the legal definition involving "common sense" is highly subjective as is our implied covenant claim. Most people on social issues will decide emotionally and will defend that they used common sense.
