KAHC will face bad PR as they take LCYC public until Bioamber shareholders are compensated for the assets of Bioamber which a SPAC valued at roughly $431,000,000 USD recently.

I wonder if KAHC/KKR or LCY owners and executives are simply quivering with fear over the bad press LOL now that was funny!! LET the “bad press LMFAO” begin as KAHC will never pay the old BioAmber shareholders a single cent. KAHC/KKR/LCYB/LCY/LCYC did not and will never pay for those BioAmber shares and neither will anyone else for that matter.
Let’s not forget LCY’s attorney already said they will not be paying once I’m sure it won’t be hard to say it again. Nobody from KAHC or anyone else will ever even acknowledged the BioAmber shareholders and why should they as nobody owes them anything and that includes KAHC.
I guess in fantasy land it’s nice to dream of KAHC paying the BioAmber shareholders but in the real world it’s never going to happen no matter how many times that nonsense is stated. There will never be one shred of proof that it did or will ever happen. I guarantee that.

KAHC has filed for shareholder approval of an extension of the time to complete the transaction because of the new and pending lawsuit between LCYBH and former employees.

Funny im a kahc shareholder and that is nowhere in the proxy they are asking for my vote on . Are you insinuating they are lying to shareholders ?
